By accessing this website and/or purchasing services from Mira Movement, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Mira Movement provides private, individualized Pilates sessions and wellness services designed to support strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility & Client Responsibility

By participating in services, you confirm that:

• You are physically able to engage in exercise

• You will disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations

• You understand it is your responsibility to consult with a physician if needed prior to participation

3. No Medical Advice

While sessions are informed by a background in physical therapy and scoliosis-specific training, Mira Movement operates as a wellness and fitness service—not a medical provider. Any information provided is for educational and wellness purposes only.

4. Scheduling & Appointments

All sessions are by appointment only and scheduled directly with Mira Movement. Availability is limited and not guaranteed without confirmation.

5. Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or missed sessions may incur a $50 fee.

6. Packages & Expiration

• Session packages are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated

7. Payments

Payment is due at the time of purchase or booking. Mira Movement reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

8. Assumption of Risk

By participating in services, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks, including injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

9. Liability Waiver

Mira Movement and its owner are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of participation in services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, branding, and materials—is the property of Mira Movement and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

11. Privacy

Client information is kept confidential and handled with care. While Mira Movement is not a HIPAA-covered entity, reasonable measures are taken to protect personal information. Read our full Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications
