Your starting point at Mira Movement.
This session includes a detailed postural and movement assessment, discussion of your goals, and foundational scoliosis-specific Pilates exercises tailored to your body.

Private 1:1 Pilates Sessions ($125)
Ongoing, fully personalized sessions designed around your body and your goals.
Each session builds on your initial assessment, focusing on strength, alignment, and controlled movement—especially for those with scoliosis or spinal conditions.
Private 1:1 Scoliosis-Specific Pilates ($125)
A specialized approach integrated into your sessions, using principles from Schroth and Scolio-Pilates to provide curve-specific positioning, breathing, and strengthening for optimal spinal support.
Duet Pilates Sessions ($150)
A semi-private experience designed for two clients to train together.
Duet sessions maintain a personalized approach while offering a more shared and engaging setting.
Ideal for partners or friends who have completed their introductory sessions and are ready to progress together.

All sessons are 50 minutes in length.
All new clients begin with an Introductory Session.
Packages (5 0r 10) are paid in full at the time of purchase.
Payment for pay as you go option is due at the end of service.
Mira Movement does not offer payment plans at this time.
